Ms. Julie Baum

My name is Julie Baum and I am a social worker at Mississippi Creative Arts School.    I have worked for St. Paul Public Schools since 1997 and I have been at Mississippi Creative Arts since 2021.  I am licensed by the Minnesota Board of Social Work as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and by the Minnesota Department of Education as a School Social Worker.  I received my Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.  I earned my Master’s of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
