Mississippi Creative Arts School Choir Sings at Retired Teacher Luncheon

On Wednesday, Dec. 10, the Mississippi Creative Arts School choir sang for the SPPS retired teacher luncheon at Ideal Hall in Saint Paul. The retired teachers were an enthusiastic audience for the MCAS choir, the Treble Dragons.
The Treble Dragons are made up of fourth and fifth grade students. This was their first public performance of the year. Conducted by MCAS music teacher, Phyllis Briscoe, MCAS charmed the audience with their song choices including Bill Withers "Lean on Me". While singing "Lean on Me", students handed out hand made "thank you for your service" cards to all the retired teachers.
